Dear colleagues,

On 29 December 2017, the United Nations Dispute Tribunal issued Judgment UNDT/2017/098 (available here).

By this verdict, the Tribunal requests the Secretary-General of the United Nations to reconsider his decision to implement the salary review for the Professional and higher categories. UNESCO staff are affected by these changes and this judgment therefore concerns our Organization.

The STU sent a letter to the Director-General to ask which actions she intends to take. We will of course inform you of her reply.
