REMINDER: STU Townhall Discussion on the ICSC Compensation Review

In presence of representatives of Diab Tabari , President of the** Federation of International Civil Servants' Associations (FICSA), Imed Zabaar , Member of the FICSA Executive Committee, Mauro Pace , Member of the FICSA Executive Committee in charge with the compensation issues, and a high representative of the International Civil Service Commission** (ICSC), the following items will be discussed:

• the adopted reform of the compensation package for staff in the Professional and higher categories(family allowances, spouse benefit, child allowance, assignment grant, rental deduction, education grant, mobility and hardship scheme, etc.);
• the upcoming ICSC Compensation Review for General Service and national staff(family allowances, spouse allowance, child allowance, language allowance, etc.);
• performance appraisal and recognition.
