The ordinary session of the Staff Assembly , in accordance with the STU rules of procedure, will take place this year on

Friday 23 March 2018 at 12:30 p.m. in Room IX (Fontenoy).

You will find herewith:

• The provisional agenda of the Assembly;

• The provisional report of the Assembly of 28 March 2017;

• In a single document for the period April 2017 – March 2018:

o The activity report of the 67th STU Council;

o The annual report of the 10th STU Executive Bureau;

o The financial report the General Secretaries of the 10th STU Executive Bureau.

We remind you that the Assembly is open to all but that STU members only can vote.

In the difficult situation the Organization is going through, it is important that everyone is mobilized.
