Tribute to Mohamed Ziadah

In order to honour the memory of our dear friend and colleague, Mohamed Ziadah , the two staff associations, STU and AIPU, will organize a tribute to him this Friday, 3 June , inviting staff and delegations to participate in an act of solidarity.

As many of you will already know Mohamed, recently retired after many years of service at UNESCO, passed away tragically on 19 May when the plane he was travelling on crashed between Paris and Cairo.

For those of you who would like to participate in this homage, Room XII will be opened between 9.00 and 10.00 am on 3 June so that colleagues can sign a book of condolences and pay tribute to Mohamed.
