Dear colleagues,

In accordance with the Point 4, article VIII of the Constitution of the UNESCO Staff Union (STU), the STU Council with a two-thirds majority to convene an extraordinary session of the Staff Assembly (see provisional agenda) in order to discuss the resolutions included in this document.

This extraordinary session will take place on

Thursday 29 October 2015 at 1 p.m. in Room XIII (Bonvin)

We remind you that only paid up STU members can vote.

STU members in the Field are invited to send their comments on the resolutions to the STU Secretariat (unesco.stu@unesco.org) before Thursday 29 October at 11 a.m., so that they can be taken into account during the discussion.

STU members, in the Field or at Headquarters, who cannot be present at the extraordinary session of the Assembly, may empower a colleague, STU member as well, giving his/her name by mail to the Secretariat (unesco.stu@unesco.org).
